Physical exercise lower blood pressure by reducing peripheral arterial resistance.In addition regular exercise promotes general health and well being. Fortunately,most of hypertension can be reverse in weeks by simple dietary and life style changes, and without drugs Drink water instead of jucies or sodas. Daily active exercise for 30 to 60 minutes .
